HENRY died 21 APR 1509 in Richmond Palace, at 52 years of age. His body was interred in King Henry VII's Chapel, Westminster Abbey.

He married Elizabeth PLANTAGENET of YORK in Westminster, 18 JAN 1486. Elizabeth was born in Palace of Westminster 11 FEB 1466. Elizabeth was the daughter of EDWARD IV PLANTAGENET Earl of MARCH and Elizabeth WOODVILLE. Elizabeth died 11 FEB 1503 in Tower of London, at 37 years of age. Her body was interred in King Henry VII's Chapel, Westminster Abbey. King of England 1485-1509

165 i. Arthur¹⁷ TUDOR, Prince of Wales was born in St. Swithin's Priory, Winchester 20 SEP 1486. Arthur died 2 APR 1502 in Ludlow Castle, Shropshire, at 15 years of age.⁽⁸⁹⁾ RESEARCH NOTES: Died of consumption. He married Catherine of ARAGON in St. Pauls' Cathedral, 14 NOV 1501.

Catherine was born in Alcala de Henares near Madrid 15 DEC 1485. Catherine was the daughter of Ferdinand II of ARAGON and Isabella of CASTILE. Catherine died 7 JAN 1536 in Kimbolton Castle, Huntingdon, at 50 years of age. Her body was interred in Peterborough Cathedral.

166 iii. HENRY VIII TUDOR was born in Greenwich Palace 28 JUN 1491. HENRY died 28 JAN 1547 in Whitehall, at 55 years of age. His body was interred in St. George's Chapel, Windsor. He married six times. He took as a mistress Bessie BLOUNT, with whom he had Henry Fitzroy, later made Duke of Richmond. Henry and Catherine had one child, MARY I, Queen of England. Catherine died 7 JAN 1536 in Kimbolton Castle, Huntingdon, at 50 years of age. Her body was interred in Peterborough Cathedral. He married Anne BOLEYN in Whitehall or Westminster, 25 JAN 1533. Anne was born in Blickling Hall, Norfolk, or Hever Castle, Kent about 1501. Anne was the daughter of Sir_Thomas BOLEYN Earl of WILTSHIRE Earl of ORMOND and Elizabeth HOWARD. Henry and Anne had one child, ELIZABETH I, Queen of England. Anne died 19 MAY 1536 in Tower Green, London, England, at 34 years of age. ⁽⁹¹⁾ Her body was interred in Chapel Royal of St. Peter ad V, Tower of London. He married Jane SEYMOUR in York Place, London, 30 MAY 1536. Jane was born in Wolf Hall, Savernake, Wiltshire about 1505. Henry and Jane had one child, EDWARD VI, King of England. Jane died 24 OCT 1537 in Hampton Court Palace, at 32 years of age. ⁽⁹²⁾ Her body was interred in St. George's Chapel, Windsor. He married Anne of CLEVES in Greenwich, 6 JAN 1540. Anne was born in Dusseldorf 22 SEP 1515. Anne was the daughter of John III of CLEVES and Marie. Anne died 17 JUL 1557 in Chelsea, at 41 years of age. Her body was interred in Westminster Abbey. He married Catherine HOWARD in Hampton Court Palace, 29 JUL 1540. Catherine was born in Lambeth (?) about 1520. Catherine was the daughter of Edmund HOWARD and Joyce CULPEPER. Catherine died 13 FEB 1542 in Tower Green, London, England, at 21 years of age.⁽⁹³⁾ Her body was interred in Chapel Royal of St. Peter ad V, Tower of London. He married Catherine PARR in Hampton Court Palace, 12 JUL 1543. Catherine was born in Kendal Castle about 1512. Catherine was the daughter of Thomas PARR and Maud GREEN. Catherine died 5 SEP 1548 in Sudeley Castle, Gloucestershire, at 36 years of age.

167 iv. Elizabeth TUDOR was born 2 JUL 1492. Elizabeth died 14 SEP 1495 in Eltham Palace, at 3 years of age.

168 v. Mary TUDOR was born in Richmond Palace 18 MAR 1496. Mary died 25 JUN 1533 in Westhope, Suffolk, at 37 years of age. She married twice. She married LOUIS XII of France in Abbeville, 9 OCT 1514. (Additional notes for LOUIS XII of France⁽⁹⁴⁾) LOUIS died 1515. She married Charles BRANDON, 1st Duke of SUFFOLK in Greenwich, 13 MAY 1515. Charles died 1545.

169 vi. Edmund TUDOR was born in Greenwich Palace 21 FEB 1499. Edmund died 19 JUN 1500 in Bishop's Hatfield, Herts, at 1 year of age.

170 vii. Katherine TUDOR was born in Tower of London 2 FEB 1503. Katherine died 1503 at less than one year of age.
